Exchange Admin

The Exchange Admin page provides information about your account, including your contact information. Here is where your account manager can designate who receives email notifications of matched trades, and change your organization's time zone.

Setup Notification Emails

Location:  ExchangeAdmin  >  Organization  

Here’s how to setup an email address to receive trade notifications:

  1. In the Notify Email Address field, list the desired email address or addresses to received trade notifications. List multiple email addresses by using a comma and no spaces between addresses.

  2. Click Save Changes.

Change your Time Zone

Location:  ExchangeAdmin  >  Organization  

Time Zones are set at an organizational level, and cannot be adjusted by individual users. Here’s how to change the time zone:

  1. Under Account Time Zone, select which time zone you want to set for your account.

  2. Click Save Changes.
