Seller Request Interface

Field Description
Your Active Partners Your Active Partners are sellers who have authorized you to purchase product from them. In general, these are the same sellers that appear in the various Seller lists throughout DTN Exchange. Keep in mind that just because a seller is an active partner doesn’t necessarily mean the seller has product to offer at a given time.
Your Pending Partners Your Pending Partners are sellers who you would like to add to your Active Partners list. When you select a seller from the Other Sellers pane and click Add, the seller moves to the Your Pending Partners list. At the same time, your name is added to the seller’s view of DTN Exchange. From there, the seller can determine whether to accept your request and make you an active partner, or reject your request. A seller also has the option to move your name to an inactive status after long periods of inactivity.
Other Sellers The Other Sellers pane lists those sellers who are available and doing trades on DTN Exchange. You can use this list to select additional sellers to add to your Pending Partners list. If the seller accepts you, they are moved to Your Active Partners list.
Add Allows you to move the selected items from Other Sellers to Your Pending Partners. It is up to the seller to approve the partnership.
Terms The Terms tab allows you to see terms from any of your Active Sellers. You can see terms for Prompt, Forward, and Flex offers. If an offer type is greyed out, it may mean the seller doesn’t provide that offer type on the Exchange.
