DTN Exchange Main Menu Options

 

The main tabs provide access to the following:

  • Setup provides access to the Account Manager and User Manager.

  • Exchange provides access to ExchangeAdmin, Buyer, and About.

  • Logout logs out of DTN Exchange.

Setup menu

 

The Setup menu bar appears at the top below the main menu.

  • Account Manager displays the initial registration information. If you need to make any changes to this information, please contact DTN.

  • User Manager can be used by your company’s DTN Exchange Administrator to add new users, change passwords, and set up user permissions.

The DTN Exchange menu bar appears at the top below the main menu.

  • ExchangeAdmin provides information about your account, including your contact information. Here is where your account manager can designate who receives email notifications of matched trades. You can also adjust your organization’s time zone from this tab.

  • Buyer allows access to the buying on the Exchange, including Prompt, Forward, and Flex offers; as well as set up your Seller Requests, activate the mobile Exchange, and chat with your sellers.

  • About contains additional information about DTN Exchange, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Contact Us, and the Help Center.
